Does a house up to 70 m² require a permit?

Under current Polish construction law, detached single-family homes with a built-up area of up to 70 m² (built to satisfy the owner's own housing needs) can be built through a simplified notification procedure, without the need to obtain a traditional building permit. It is important to note, however, that the project must comply with the Local Spatial Development Plan (MPZP) for the given plot, or — if no such plan exists — a Land Development Conditions decision (WZ) must be obtained.

How long does it take to build a modular home?

One of the greatest advantages of modular homes is their very short construction time, incomparably faster than traditional building methods. The main work takes place under controlled conditions in a production facility and typically takes between 8 and 12 weeks (depending on complexity and finish level). The completed modules are then transported to the building site. Thanks to our automated module-connecting and levelling technology, the on-site assembly and installation of the building using a self-propelled crane takes just 1 to 2 days.

Can I expand the house in the future?

Yes, this is one of the key features of our system. The segmental construction of our homes allows them to be arranged in a wide variety of configurations. The building can easily be modified, upgraded, or enlarged at a later stage by attaching and connecting an additional compatible module to the existing structure. This is an ideal solution if your family grows or your living requirements increase over time.

Do you carry out projects outside Poland?

Yes. Because the homes are manufactured as fully prefabricated modules in a production facility, this technology is perfectly suited for long-distance transport. We can transport and assemble the finished modules in virtually any location in the world. Please note, however, that for projects outside Poland, logistics, oversized transport costs, and compliance with local building regulations in the destination country are assessed and quoted individually on a case-by-case basis.
